Management is not transparent and not trustworthy. No job security. Internal politics. People with shetty sir names are only preferred or people with no self respect are fit for working.

So called directors are with no brain's. Cannot judge who is right and who is wrong. Always looking to cheat the end customers.

The best company I had worked since 5 years. The work environment is ultimate and good Managers with proper hierarchy of management. Completely satisfied with the job.

No job security. No business ethics nor policies are followed. Everything is only on paper. People with Shetty Sir name can only survive since this company is run by Mangalore Shetty family. Final settlements are not given as per work contracts signed.

Lot of dirty politics. Good for people who have no self motivation and goals. Company sold the PPE KITS during covid pandemic situation for 10 times of production costs and made profits in crores and removed the honest and hard working entire team even with out giving settlements.
