...this company to like. I was CCE in this company for the process of SIS Prosegur. This company paid only Rs 4500 a month for working 8-9 hours daily and even it was not paid on time. It was paid after 20 days every month. The Employees used to work in compulsion here.

It's the worst company I ever seen.

Every thing is good u can learn from 0 to 8 on scale of 0 to 10. Company need to think to reform itself once the management team was like owesome.

In Amartech office staff is very much supportive you can learn much more than expected. Job security is very poor from last 2 years. They are very poorly handling the Covid19 situation.

... provide basic facilities. and in terms of employee benefit the company is -0 they even don't pay salary on time,dont enroll in PF if in case they enrolled they will not deposit their part. company Policy is 0

Overall it was great experience resulting I had stayed there 5 years..people who are fresher and wants to learn unlimited things can start their career with Amartech Convergence India Pvt Ltd ....there is no limit of learning you can learn more while earning is less as per the work but the work environment is great.

If any account is being closed they people don't loss your job but they moved you in a different vertical with a different role this could be a CSE role from support functions ..No bench will be provided by company on the spot fire ...all job security depends on the projects that all they have...
