...e worst the company that I worked with. CEO Adarsh Surana thinks that he is God. He will not give salary to employees. Funny thing is, They will treat employees like shit and office premise like temple. Don't ever join n this company.

No job security. Salary and other benefits are delayed every month. Queries of customers are often unnoticed due to tight schedules.

Work experience was good. Coordination among other departments are often unattended due to unavailability of workmen resulting in delay.

I have worked 6 months there... The problem is i wont get salary...and the salary will be delayed... Those who want to learn something join as apprantice.. it will help u other than that.. i didnot get salary till now

...e at the edge of the seat of getting terminated any moment (So no job security). Salary & Appraisals are still a dream, where the management thinks that giving salary to employees is a charitable action by them.

No employee has been treated with respect. Work culture is so terrible. Work at Amarprakash cannot be said even overloaded, but it is so burdening that everybody has to work for more than 12-14 hrs a day, daily. Yet they are been treated worse. No appreciation. No responsibilities will been given for employees. And every credit of this goes to the management. We can only feel pity on our colleagues.

Good work environment and good team support. Company CEO very friendly and Teaching more . They provide good and healthy Lunch every day and good salary increment every year 10% .

Insecure job guarantee. They didn't give my experience letter.
