Company Culture is Good..Salary on time..

There is no value to Contract employee. Almost no powers and like a dummy candidate. Complete politics in projects. Noone solve employee problem even HR also. No growth to contract employee. Project management is full of Caste feelings and allocating sub contracts to only one cast that is Reddy ism. There is no proper planning from project management and everything is like a Toofan/Tsunami. Without planning project management puts pressure on employees suddenly at the last moment. Completely drawback in Project management in ARPSL.

Work environment was good and Amara Raja culture teammates are very supportive . In covid time Amara Raja give us salary with in time it's very helpful for us

Management is not transparently, career growth is very slow, people who did hardworks they did not get that much of values

partiality, discrimination,there is no transparency in appraisal system, forced to work after office hours as well holidays, insufficient salaries, only actors and relatives of promoters get rewards, internal politics, meaning less meetings, rudeness of management and superiority, no one help you to learn , need to know their self, career growth, work culture.

U will get salary in time. No working culture. They are Andhra based company. Always favor Andhra people. Horrible internal dept. collision is there. No job security is there. Your manager can say anytime to find out new job in any mistake. Few senior person is there, they don't want to understand what is happening in field. They always pressurize you what they want. No direction is there and also no respect is there. In website and magazine they will say so many things, but practically they are not doing anything.

No working culture, No job security, Always internal dept collision is there. Suddenly they will transfer you from one location to other. If you request them any personal problem, then they will say this is a business requirement. If u are not comfortable, please see the other option. They never respect your efforts. If u r Telegu people, then they will listen u.
