the situation on kalyan site is terrible, we have to work 12hrs.if u wanna go outside the site ask to pm,he is like warden of hostel.PM is blaming every mistakes on site staff not fight with Client team. Some time HO teams plays politics, blame game. ARIPL provide food & accomodation but food is very low quality like that food is for labour.One more thing there is 2 month notice period.there is raceism between south people and non south people.

A. There is no seriousness on OAT targets given by management to services departments B. Very careless attitude by services department (Incl HR department) C. Management should give more power and employee reporting to the project manager at project sites. This is the biggest draw back in this organisation. if it is rectified then things will be in positive on further coming days.

Working on all Saturdays - unofficial mandate without attendance or overtime. No proper performance review or promotion process. Pay scale below market standards. Huge difference from CTC and in-hand (gratuity, medical insurance, etc. will be shown as a part of CTC)
