Job security, Monday to Friday work. Salary on Time. Mobile bill reimbursement and work from Home allowance during covid-19 period.

Very late promotion system. Not much salary hike. Superiors are not much supportive.

Salary is not at par with the market requirements. The company has shown an immense tendency of cutting down the costs of retaining an employee in the ongoing economic scenario. The company is not at all employee concerned at present as it used to be in the past because the lower level employees suffer a lot of discrimination in terms of remuneration and emoluments as compared to the higher level of employees.

Salary :- Senior employees work from 10 years with some pay... Now fresher's also same Salary diffence between only 2-3 thousands.... Except all ok if this change all employees are brand amasiders
