The company is open to innovation and ready adopts latest technology. L love the fact that i am a part of a team that who trains the operators, staff and management staff on reliable, high Quality products, customer satisfaction, beyond the customer expectations, communication skills etc.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. I do receive appreciation from my trainees/ customers , but they unnoticed and reflected in appraisal.

It's an a good company they are providing good learning skills but there is no job satisfaction and salary satisfaction.

...something else.. Company will squeeze you like anything... If you want to join.. negotiate good salary with HR...after joining will not get good increment every year

The RSM. a person achieve his 100%, but in appraisal u got only 5 marks. If u do good BUTTERING of ur sr. u got good appraisal. If u talk with HR they say that they can't help talk to ur reporting boss.

Fully decision power centralised by Branch Manager,No support ,You cannot even avail your CL & SL Leave,No RSM & Branch Manager visit Market,They told only you are responsible for everything,Goods things will happen then they will own credit,if something wrong is happen they blame you.specially in Bihar & jharkhand,If you in notice period manager will cut your visit Expenses . Company is very good but few manager have play with the reputation of Aamara raja ,thats why attrition rate is very high, Expect BM, Rsm is still in system, frontline will go & come show is going on.Mangameent have to look in to this.
