All staff are cooperative work as a team members. There are daily classes to get more knowledge that good for career growth salary is satisfactory as compared to other hosp in patiala.work environment is good

Growth is very slow.there is no job security they.salary is not satisfied as per daily requirements in married life

The working atmosphere of the hospital was really appreciable ,all are very help full .The seniors always encourage and guide the juniors in the right direction in the Amar hospital ,as a result all work together for betterment of patient and community and we flow into a right direction,over all the working environment is friendly and stress free.

Dislikes

some time the work pressure was very high on the staff but the good thing timely with cooperation it gets released

I dont like the way higher management is working...They aint focus on providing quality services to patients and employees but as i say if you wana go for customer care the u will get the best staff to work with...

Working in Amar hospital made me more responsible,learnt to be capable of handling the adverse situations,dealing with patients along with teammates made me have a healthy team. Thanks to Amar hospital staff for havjng belief in me and helping me in learning more and more
