Unpaid Overtime: The first 59 minutes of overtime is unpaid, and beyond that, only 50% of hourly pay is given. Forced Overtime & Weekend Work: Employees do not have a choice—they are required to work extra hours and weekends as per management’s demands. 4. No PF Facility: The company does not provide Provident Fund (PF) benefits, which is a basic entitlement for employees in most organizations. I strongly recommend looking for better opportunities.

No good environment and culture. Teammates and manager are not supportive and the management is not transparent.

There is a of political and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and career growth is not possible at this company.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team (service) that markets reliable. High quality products and has a global client base . As a result I get to travel around the India especially northern part of India. But onsite travel is completely dependent upon the projects requirement and clients location.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work Pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation from my client, but the mostly go unnoticed during my mid- year appraisals.
