Fresher engineer can join to learn. employee are of a helping nature.

Dislikes

the company does not have money to pay salaries to the staff. every staff member has 2-3 month salary pending. when staff left the job they don't pay him salary for 2-3 month. the atmosphere is very bad. my opinion don't join this company. There is no responsible person here. the future of any employee is not bright in this company.this company did not pay my salary of 65000 rupees.

...rwise they haven't sufficient budget to progress and paid salaries to the staff. All staff donated their own salary of two months for progress and growth.

Dislikes

No emergency preparedness If there are an emergency. Only bachelors worked there they don't want familiar staff.
