I have great experience from amanora the fern.. They attend very much employee engagement activities. They are provide very much facilities like ledies drops, cafeteria food, heath programmes and traning. And all staff is very much co-opratable. Coordination between staff is very nice. Working environment is very free. I have learn very much types of work. Thanks to amanora the fern hotel..

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
