This is one of the commercial banks in Sri Lanka. It was good atmosphere to learn many thing in my career and organization behavior. i was started as fresher there, even though, I have learn more knowledge enable me to enhance my potential in my career. I am from Accounting Background only, there was some works which related to Accounting & other financial instruments well. This is job attached with Retail Bank department which liable for the personal loan, leasing other personal financial benefits well. Basically, preparing credit memorandum, analysis for accounting Ratios, preparing Bank Guarantees & Letter of Credit So, I learned many skills in that atmosphere. specially Excel skills, Mail writing skill.

Dislikes

To be honest, It is awesome place to work there, Even though, I myself made my decision to quite from there. There is many reason behind that, The vital one is, I want to face many challenge in career which made u & made u learn some experience that helped in future career growth well. I have worked 02 years of period. After that , I was felt like very comport zone. So, I made with my mind, I have done that decision to leave the company. I need to find more potential level my career well. since that, I have selected UAE where need to come and work. it is enable me to learn from different experience from diversity peoples around the world.
