Initial period there is no job security if you already have much experience you may get more salary and others too....Appraisal is very poor ,No technically knowledge n development... Work culture and others is good.there is no work pressure.

After graduation don't there to work because they aren't give any proper training period and delaying your confirmation simply working like a contract labour that's all ...
