...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Valeo Provide its employees Multiple opportunities for growth and career development . Yearly increment is good compared to other companies.

...nation i.e. promotion is very long process between each individual designation . Less salary structure for beginners

Initial period there is no job security if you already have much experience you may get more salary and others too....Appraisal is very poor ,No technically knowledge n development... Work culture and others is good.there is no work pressure.

After graduation don't there to work because they aren't give any proper training period and delaying your confirmation simply working like a contract labour that's all ...
