Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work environment is very good.work - life is excellent , one can easily move with higher grade person and they are treat you very friendly.

Salary and appraisal are very poor.Less opportunities to grow.

Nothing postive here starting from food to work timings. No skill development if you're talented you can survive but can't learn from here

Dislikes

Long workings hours even have to work on Sundays. Worst food you can ever have. No transport facility. Company is surviving on kaizen & cost savings from their employees. They don't care about npd they are only surviving from there old existing products. Long notice period even if you try to buy out they have their own rules. At the end they won't give experience certificate or reliving letter you have to fight for it.
