excellent work culture as its under the TATA Enterprise bandwagon, work life balance is quite good but yes if you are posted in the tea gardens then there is some restrictions to outward mobility as most of them are located in remote locations. the company takes well care of its employees. job security is good. overall a very good company to chose to come work for.

maybe they can make the salary more competitive, i think thats the biggest challange and will drive some excellent talents away if they are not appreciated accordingly.

Rules and regulations very bad for all employees there is no hr policy fix all year change policy as per company profit no one heared employees problem. Management Seeing a Partiality eye to all employees

...nagement, and poor job security. HR Blackmails people to leave job by resigning. Also, not giving enough salary and there is no working hours. Executives are forced to work 24x7.

They will use you by showing you big dreams, the garden managers are the worst. They will humiliate at all times infront of clerks and workers, show no support, and make your life a living hell. And politics runs high in the company.

Good facilities for employees like living food, petrol and other benefits which are not provided in other companirs

Work life balance is not guaranteed due to night duties, which is major drawback of any food industry.
