Pay is not up to the present market. Not much learning opportunities in the new technologies. Mandatory Return to Office during the pandemic time. All the internal people are leaving. No onsite opportunity at all. Not many technically sound senior people

No Process at all. In some cases over processed to stop work. Managers are clue less about new joiners role and responsibilities. Totally controlled from onside including appraisals. Huge communication gaps between offshore and onsite
