Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Teammates are very supportive. Good working environment.

Dislikes

Best place to do time pass. If any work related support we need no one will support. MD is with good heart.but employees needs atleast some data to do his work. Now Bangalore branch has only 4 members employees. In just 1 year company has left more than 5 employees. best for temporary candidates. 👍
