...t is mid size growing company 2) pays all due and financial commitment on time 3) during pandemic no firing and paid on time 4) opportunity given to all of us to grow and shape out career with authority, flexibility and supported to take hard decision As every company has some weakness and required some improvement, there few point where company should focus more 1) company should be more strict with employee 2) company should have fire policy 3) company should be more strict on leave, timing, compliance 4) company should hire deserving candidate only, instead hiring needful candidate and should not spend time and resource to train them 5) as this company tried to grow talent internally, i think, company should hire sr manager from outside the organization 6) company needs to be more professional than relational Last word, I have seen most of us joined as fresher or junior, I have seen what efforts has been made to grow talent within company and everyone has different potential to grow, now company should not want time on cultivating talent should be more professional and do show off which employee likes ,

What I like most about working at AM Webtech Pvt Ltd is the collaborative and innovative environment that encourages continuous learning and growth. Working with cutting-edge tools and technology has greatly improved my skills and competence as a QA Automation Engineer. Being a part of the organization's culture, which prioritizes accuracy and quality, has been inspiring and fulfilling. In addition, I appreciate the supportive team dynamics and the open communication between departments. It's great to be in a place where my contributions as part of the QA team are valued, Over the past 4 years, I have also had the opportunity to take on increasingly complex challenges, which keeps me engaged and helps me stay ahead in my field.

One aspect that I feel could be improved is the level of support provided to employees. While It's great to work in an environment where the company is genuinely supportive, sometimes this can lead to certain employees taking advantage of the flexibility or support offered. In a few cases, this has resulted in a lack of accountability or a less efficient work environment. While I understand the importance of support, I believe there should be a better balance to ensure that it does not inadvertently lead to unethical behavior or reduce overall productivity.
