AM Needs was started with a very good intention.. Being an ex employee there, I was not at all satisfied with the companies attitude towards their employees.. The management is very partial towards few employees..

Dislikes

Management attitude towards employees, no job security, partiality, work life balance is very poor, salary is very low when compared to e-commerce industry sector.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
