...ion are good with management than you have no problem, work doesn't matter here. Salary, increment, leave or other policy all are base of management politics. they are set only their life adjustment or their benefits. Employees are complaint about management political behavior and culture. but director so silent and ignore all complaint of employee. director are only investor he has no idea about this company and working system. Senior people working from more then 10 years have made it dominant and unethical work culture. even director favor them. New Comers Won't get to learn new thing.

There are different departments in the company but only one department authorized to make all management decisions which selfish. The director blindly trust only one person who takes all decisions. He have some favourite person he favours the most but no growth for everyone. If you go against him you are bad in his eyes and he fire you.
