Alyaum good at pay scale compares to other companies. less work pressure and good work-life balance. Prompt in paying salaries and other allowances. Great place to work with multinationals (India, Egypt, Pakistan, Philipino, and Saudi). less travel and everything is managed by Head office, Dammam.

No Salary Hikes and appreciations. No training and career improvements. Politics are there but able to manage with good behavior.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
