This is the worst company anyone will ever want to work with. I have nothing to write in the like section, the work culture is worst. They do not treat highly professionals (ex. A Chartered Accountant) as professionals, they want them to do the work suitable for a 10th pass. Too much bossy attitude prevails in the company, the manager herself is not qualified for being a manager and a credit analyst and is an absolute idiot. She knows nothing, trust me nothing. The office staff is arrogant despite of the fact that they all have no qualifications and no experience. All the office staff is filled with clerk level staff. They have set targets which are not realistic. And they have done nothing so far trying to accomplishing of those targets. The growth prospects are NIL, they treats an employee(qualified/unqualified/semi-qualified) as a Labour class. So it is a heads up to anyone wishing to join this company, please do not join as this would anyone's worst experience ever.
