The company is run by the owners family with their own set of rules. Young directors want to implement the changes which is now accepted by the older family members or promoters. Difference is opinion leads to employee dissatisfaction resulting in job insecurity. You never know when you'll be asked to leave the job! Highly unprofessional work culture and full of bad politics within the company which hampers the growth.

No one comes to guide you..superior managers are worthless, they don’t even know how the whole prospect works.. Though upper level management is efficient but the shit lies on area sales manager ... There is no job training! In short, no future..

The work pressure is very high. There is no any culture to professionally. Specially zsm Mr ashok tiwari bihar based and vp Mr Parmod his behaviour is very rudly against empolyee. He is never listen to empolyee problem. I think company should left these two guys.
