Soo many things are there to tell, Salary part every 3 to 4 months. They credit the 1-month salary. They won't give a gratuity amount, so you should reach the course for that same. The work culture I very horrible. Suggest not to join there

Very good work environment. Stress free. Worked in Alva’s nudisiri and virasat also, it was great opportunity to part of cultural activities. Management was good. Lots of respect about Mohan Alva sir.

Bad part was they were delaying the salary.

Lack of enough employees leading to workload, Its located in a very rural area and the major language spoken is Kannada than English when it comes to faculty meetings and other events/Programs.

I like the whole system and the proper planning from the management, it helps to improve each and every individual who are belongs to that family. The environment , job security, cultural value are always appreciable. Totally it is unique from all other colleges in India.

This institution is know for deciplin, education, culture. I got knowledge about how one particular hostel is going to managed. We should maintain both account and deciplin in hostel environment, tat is among staff n students. My work is to supervising the work of staff in hostel.
