Sweet Fake Commitment towards Employee and Client.

Dislikes

Salary never on time. Financially unstable company that's why never do salary on time. Salary date never fix but you can consider after 20th of month. Never appreciate your work. If you raise any concern to HR department they clear hands up and say we are not responsible for this. Or I you hired by another HR so inform him/her. If the HR left this company then you are not the companies employee as per current HR statement.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
