Working in Alutech company was not a good experience, you can be fired from the company anytime without any reason

There if you work for more than 5 years you can be fired at any time or if your salary is too much you can also be fired, very big director and HR

Nothing is good about this company. NO technical person is there, very high rejections is there. QA team cannot do any analysis for any failure. People are alive because of buttering & flattening only.

Dislikes

Nothing good here. People are scared from owners. Employees are fired without any reasons, no training provided, no options for any growth, NO facilities for employees except Tea. very insecure job. Plz avoid if you can.
