... will not give material at time. They will make Subcontractor Payment on time. They will give Staff Salary after holding of 3 month salary on unexpected delay.

There is an excellent communication between management and staff. Boss and seniors are motivational and this company always thinks out of the box.

As the workload is more I feel within less time we can learn more and new things.

This is a people first company where employees are given importance and respect. There is gender equality and job responsibility is given to all and everyone is free to provide opinions or suggestions regardless of gender or age.

Management is always pushing to complete tasks in shortest possible time which in turn is beneficial to improving onself

Good response from management and hence can able to handle vendors very well. And can maintain good relationship with vendors and Company. Always welcomes new technologies methodologies to grow more

Management pushes to work or connect with vendors at a very less time.

No they are not supporting either the rest of the employees because they had not paid us for 6 months from last year yet their are not giving us our salary

Politics , their is no management in the company
