While I value my experience at Alufit International Pvt Ltd, one area of concern is the salary hike process. The increments sometimes do not align with the industry standards and the level of effort and dedication required for our projects. Out time expecting standard daily 8'o clk and above 8'o clock time going employee management level happy feel. This one very dislike. This is Based increment..
