Altus Group offers flexible time off and for some role, remote work arrangement. They are a mid sized organization that has a global footprint with strong ethics and values. They are able to have a employee and client centric decision making process that I enjoy. They have strong levels of trust in their brand and it is a firm that I am pleased to be apart of.

Dislikes

They are growing and are new to India, so it is not a company to join if your expectations are that everything is perfect and in place. But, if you want to create a place for others to have a great experience, then you would enjoy yourself.

Likes

Work life balance is good, it depends on the project you work on. Good support from managers to upgrade your skills for online or special courses you may prefer to. My Overall experience is good.

Dislikes

Job security: as long as your product and business is performing good. Salary hikes are very low compare tonother companies. It may be in between 3 to 6/ 7 PC. HRs are good for enrolment, processing salaries, post release process. I haven't seen them are having decision making rights, employees management, validations etc.

Likes

I love the autonomy I have in my role to make positive changes that are felt throughout the organization. In a short time I've collaborated with many different teams across the enterprise, built strong relationships and have learned things beyond traditional "HR". Oh, and there's unlimited paid time off that allows me to manage work and my personal life well. I'm excited for things to come here.

Dislikes

It's a complex business to understand, with many groups within each line of business. While it is a challenge to understand, the organization's has been great to work for.
