I have been working with this firm since almost its inception. I joined as a management trainee & with help of the superiors, I have gained a lot of knowledge with regards to various policies & departments. The superiors are helpful with regard to queries/ issues. I would recommend working here to learn & explore. Being a new company, one can learn a lot about various aspects/ self educate himself with help of other colleagues regarding new trends in the market related to their profile.

Dislikes

Difficult to maintain work- life balance being a start up. Work from home should be encouraged wherever possible.

Everything 1. No culture 2. Poor HR policies 3. They hold salaries without an intimation, you will get to know on the salary day that your salary is not deposited. 4. No policies as such, they don't know how the industry works. 5. Its like a super market shoppie, atleast owners pretend that they are the owner of a small shop. 6. Very poor upper management, there are few who got caught cheating in the other finance companies. 7. Everything is clueless

...romoted me as a Branch Credit Manager. awesome it's a very fast growing company. During the lockdown period, one days salary was not deducted, the full salary was paid and that too on the 30th of the month.

...ity they next level managers dont even know how to talk with there subordinates. Even after formal resignation as per policy they have hold the salary of employees.

There are lots of things like me to work with the Altum credo Home Finance specially the work life balance and the work culture of the company. All the Senior management team take care of all the employees who are working with them.

There is nothing that we can dislike about the altum credo Home finance.
