No professional environment, instead of career and self growth you demotivated,no support from reporting person. If you are looking your career in Hospitality and facilities industry then don't apply or join here. Few selfish, slacker, people who is so called senior ,who have no any good experience in hospitality/facility they always' will pull you back, disturb you mentally, so that you cannot move forward. And will bother you so much that you will be forced to take some concrete steps! Not for professional people.

team leader, AM,MANAGER are not show their senior attitude to us they are really help full and when ever we have a doubt in process they will resolve the issue for us. week off is also ok when you need a preferance they provide the leave for advisor.

cafeteria, cleaning staffs, restroom, system and headphones issue, mobile locker issue that's it.

Once upon a time Altruist was the best place to work/Learn & Grow. But not any more. All this has been replaced by Humiliations by Management's and Clients. Dirty politics, Fake Comitments.
