Worst company ever worked in. Salary date is 7th of every month but you will not get them in time. You will get that 7/8 days later but that too 35-40% less. When you ask they will tell you arrear salary will adjust in next month but that next month will never arrive and the same cycle goes on. Zero work life balance you will be out of your social circle. Managers and TLs teach their team to make false commitment to their customers. Working environment is worst. Managers behave rudely with their juniors. After all these dissatisfaction when you serve your intimation they will find ways to terminate so that they can hold your salary. Advising everyone not to go there.

Work culture is worst. No team management is there. No promotion no salary hike Some employees faced overwhelming work load while other had to do. Frustrated team leader.

There is no proper management, it is like west of dust which is useless. No proper salary distribution i think altruist is one of worast company i have ever join. Don’t look in spelling understand the emotions.

Everything ... nothing is good .....no commitments and salary issue...they can't help in any situation and they act like they are all in all... specially the manager of Hindi pod is not good at all ....he don't know anything ....only he knows to shout and he can't even understand Hindi properly and he will not listen employees concern

Good company guys …u can improve ur knowledge and communication skills . Otherwise nothing is good

...n this company.The work environment is also not good there is too much politics. If you ask for holiday and go they hold your salary.Entire Management is not good.
