...n this company.The work environment is also not good there is too much politics. If you ask for holiday and go they hold your salary.Entire Management is not good.

In the beginning i use to like the job profile as there were not too much pressure initially when i join but going forward that also gone

Partiality and no career growth and salary is too less with no benefits such as cabs or any incentives

...ent won't have proper answers and aprisal don't even expect that in ALTRUIST. Most important thing is SALARY you will never receive your salary on time not even a single month. ALTRUIST doesn't have a proper management makes employee to fell or keep motivated. They need the end results with client but they won't give what they need to their employee. Bottom of the line I would say never trust ALTRIUST.

...n affair with the TL named Mahima Yogi. Always fake commitment to the customers. Salary issue they will deduct 40 to 50% salary without any reason and will never give them.

This was my first company I joined in very less salary also and I was got very good team their

Work culture is worst. No team management is there. No promotion no salary hike Some employees faced overwhelming work load while other had to do. Frustrated team leader.
