In the beginning i use to like the job profile as there were not too much pressure initially when i join but going forward that also gone

Won't be any kind of encouragement, management even don't know when the associate rolle will gets changed, when we raise a question even the higher officials and the managrment won't have proper answers and aprisal don't even expect that in ALTRUIST. Most important thing is SALARY you will never receive your salary on time not evena single month. ALTRUIST doesn't have a proper management makes employee to fell or keep motivated.
