Only Thing is u guys can get promotions easily within the year .But easy selection process anyone can get job easily here .

I had a terrible experience in altruist. Salary pay for the employee is too low more than that the targets will be unachievable. If you work for this company then you will face serious stress and depression all the time because of targets and if you didn't complete that unachievable targets then you have to extend your shift timings and sometimes you have to work 7 days in a week because of the target pressure that's actually cruel.

Very very worst experience in my life that altrust company because working all peoples are slave they are offering one salary I getting low salary if they ask in pay roll they are not given a proper response shift timing also very bad ,sick time also not allow the leave also corona time also corona affecting people also working trust me that type off heart less people are working there ...if u do there job definitely u will be die ,carrier will be spoil .

I had best support from my team leader which helped me to move into next level through IJP...working environment is good...timing is too flexible...

...n affair with the TL named Mahima Yogi. Always fake commitment to the customers. Salary issue they will deduct 40 to 50% salary without any reason and will never give them.
