The company is good and the benefits like compensation and work from home are good.

If you talk about working in the Talent Acquistion department, its horrible. I worked under Priyanka Kadam and it was a terrible experience. She is completely into micro management and will suck the life out of you by not letting you working and just having calls after calls and silly discussions. A horrible mentor to work with. If you are trying to apply as a TA executive, please cross check if “Priyanka Kadam” is still working there. If yes, please save yourself from the life sucking witch!

Work life balance, compensation, good office infrastructure, cab facility, good insurance policy, decent leave policy

Dislikes

poor culture, senior management is poor, lack of vision and strategy, lack of job security

A great work culture, wonderful team members and impressive leaders. Good pay masters and a conducive place for learning and development for carrier growth.

Everything, No Appraisal or increment from last 3 years, No Promotion, No Bonus, Not even Retention Bonus, Got 25% cut in salary. Somebody please give me offer, I'll leave this shiit hole.

Only likable things is on-time salary and great opportunity to earn incentive.

If there is work pressure you don't have any work life balance. Also can have to work on weekends though you will get double pay for weekend.
