Everything, No Appraisal or increment from last 3 years, No Promotion, No Bonus, Not even Retention Bonus, Got 25% cut in salary. Somebody please give me offer, I'll leave this shiit hole.

I like to work in Altisource when I was there. It's really an amazing place compared to other companies. I got a good team. Management is good for employees.

Dislikes

It's a sudden layoff. event layoff Altisource paid a good amount off pay. Insurance is not covering 100%

...ees and change business direction every year which will impact on the employees. They pay well and they don't have variable component. I feel Altisource is good for short time.

Dislikes

HR will not involve much or no importance. Key management sits in USA and Indian team has to stretch hours to sync with US timings.

Only likable things is on-time salary and great opportunity to earn incentive.

Dislikes

If there is work pressure you don't have any work life balance. Also can have to work on weekends though you will get double pay for weekend.

When the market is stable, Incentives can be made equal to your salary. Lenient login in/out timings, working hours doesnt matter as long as the work is completed, you can log off. Day off policy is lenient, Salary will be credited on time!

Dislikes

1) Job security is terrible, even if you are ling time employee, you can be removed at anytime without proper explanation! 2) Managers, TL are very harsh instead of Analysing/motivating/helping when a mistake is made, they scold, demotivate, appraisal si held for another cycle stating one mistake and even put employees under (PIP) and cut incentives for entire month 3) Partiality/Favours are very much there, and if you show too much loyalty you are bound to do extra work
