Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I like that they easily cheat anyone. As they don't have any manners how to do the business through a MR.

...s Fraud. His name is Ramesh Thakur. And ASM is Amit Ghosh. They both cheated me. As I worked there 3 Months and couldn't get proper salary. They told they would pay me. But I was cheated. Bcz I was unemployed and thought I would paid.. But my oblivion broke by two cheaters... Friends, don't believe Altis Life Science. It's one kind of Fraud Company. Where you won't get anything. Such as Offer letters, Joining Letters, And Relieving Letter. Bcz they don't have proper guidance to maintain the work. But they are sweat Speakers. Ultimately I mailed everyone. But no one helped me...
