After Rakuten acquired this company, the entire company dynamics as seen by the employees has changed, has forced to follow certain principles that might be helpful for some but rather not all. The company started to feel more of a like service based rather product based after this acquisition, the higher management doesn’t seem to listen to the employees voice and take appropriate actions, rather they decide all before hand and just portray that they listening for the feedbacks and do the necessary actions There seems to be less value and there is no recognition for the amount of work we do, totally unhappy experience

They can remove you any time without even informing you. They just say your performance is not good at all. You are no longer required in this job. Just keep resign asap. Worst company.😤😤😤😤

Manager is not good at all. No scope of growth. Given only non technical works. Colleagues are also not good at all. They called on weekends also
