100% outsourcing company and they change your carrier based on clients demand. If you have joined as developer and the client demand for support they try to push in diplomatic way stating no other opening and all blah blah reasons. Stay away from this outsourcing company. You never get onsite opportunity for sure.

Two years back when I joined, the company was offering a good package and was treating employees well and the efforts were recognized well. Now the company thinks about only money, hence the job security is very poor. So I doesn't refer anyone to this company.

-> Good pay -> Easy interviews (they also ghost you even after clearing the interviews)

Dislikes

-> Got fired for being sick for some time (1.5 months). No compassion or humanity. -> No regards to their employees, ready to replace you without any consideration. -> Managers do not have any technical understanding to support them, they just focus on body shopping and pleasing the clients. -> Incompetent HR. -> Talent Acquisition team focuses on their department only, and do not consider for other skillset, no sync between other departments, they will lash out if bypassing them for referring.

- Joining Bonus - Udemy subscription for every employee - Goodies, perks at regular intervals - Permanent WFH depending on projects you work in. - Wifi reimbursement every month. - Appraisals happens throughout the year (4 cycles in a year). So you don't miss out on a specific appraisal cycle.

Dislikes

- Work life balance takes a toll when you are working in client projects and especially when clients are from Banking, Fintech industry. - Appraisals might not be that good, if you are not a manager's favorite.

Likes

Good learning opportnities and resources given if you're in early part of career you can learn in your pace. Many clients there i think, less likely you are spending time on bench

Dislikes

Salary hike are basic even client satisfaction is great. I think one have to more relevant to Altimerik than Client to get good appraisal. as of now WFH also removed. Few years you might have to jump different company if want better hike
