Micro management. They dont value their employees, they value their client only. No job security. Client consider and treats us better than Altimetrik. If you have a valid reason and even if the client is okay, Altimetrik manager force you to come to office.

Big challenge will be getting work based on your skillset. You need to work on different skillset if they can't find relevant client place. On boarding for a new hire could be better. It will cost a lot more time to identify your responsibility especially if you are WFH

Good service based company in Chennai, with good compensation and benefits, work life balance as its at all places depends on the project/team but generally it's good. Good Learning opportunities are available to people to make use of.

Dislikes

Client positions can feel isolated and more following client work culture rather than follow Altimetrik's.

The company policies and care about employees in the pandemic is awesome. The work life balance is good. The culture of the company is superb l.

So far I didn’t observed anything. IIT would be good if graduity excluded from from compensation.
