No job security and major issue is that they hold salary of multiple employees without informing and very pathetic condition. might be they are going to withdraw division from market. 46/64 vacancies they are holding right now. no vision and strategy only running with ego.

...4. MD is very grumpy and moody and runs the company on his whims and fancies 5. Stop work culture, revises/downgrades the salary and position without any notice or review.

On time salary, staff beheiver at head office, traning program, product quality and innovation.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture. 14-16 hours field work on daily basis and sometimes even more upto 18-19hours. Poor work life balance, you have to work on sundays without getting paid for that. Unprofessional beheiver by managers.

job security here is good and if you can work under immense pressure then the company will pay you well. Getting promotions and higher rankings in this organization is much easier compared to competitions. and they are closed on almost all public holidays. (14 public holidays were provided to us).

man management very poor. people only join this organization to get some experience then they leave this organization without giving any thoughts. every cycle meetings and all kind of meetings are organized only on sundays to make sure no workings days are wasted. sometimes we had to work 14-15 days at a stretch because of such meetings.when we leave this organization they will not clear your dues.Even after working for 6 hectic months when I quit this organization they haven't paid the notice period salary. and to my surprise I also came to know that for those 6 months they haven't contributed a single penny to my pf account even after deduction of pf money from my account. Such a terrible organization.

Primarily liked the managements but with time nothing left to be liked

Everything. They will ask you to submit your signed personal account cheque for giving you property and if you ask for any return acknowledge mail they will terminate you. Without any settlement. Long hours of montonus work without break. Asked to come almost 45mints before the shift everyday.
