...eggar's. You won't get leaves because of resource crunch , no work life balance. So ideally just work and no pay , they focus on 1 mistake and ignore all the 99% hardwork. Pls don't join here

No hike after getting promotion. No good hike even if you get good ratings. Very old technology used. No proper road maps to get the work completed lot of adhoc request comes and you have to take that on priority leave all your planned works. Micro management.
