No Bonus, my senior didn't even know basics, and put all blame on me. She made impossible commitments to client to save her image and told us juniors that anyhow we have to complete the tasks by EOD, which was impossible bcoz SQL Server was shutting down due to her basic mistakes, so it was very toxic to work there.

Very less salary, very less salary hike during appraisal and they expect u to work more as per ur designation. Client at leaving the organisation. And they are unable to get more clients.

Dislikes

No hike after getting promotion. No good hike even if you get good ratings. Very old technology used. No proper road maps to get the work completed lot of adhoc request comes and you have to take that on priority leave all your planned works. Micro management.
