Old people in company make a monopoly in their working area specially sales people. They don't allow BD team to work and accounts people to work. And lot of manipulations done by them and they have support of top management few people. So new people not so old in company gets harassed with them either leave the company . Lots of old people and few top management old people play politics to keep their image and collar tight. Specially in West and north rest company is very ethical and owners superb people. Few old people and bought sales down not working and don't allow new people to work

It's first ACP Manufacturing company and quality also good there is no compromise.

Dislikes

There is no Stock availability,that's the reason customers are unlike , supply time also too long to reach the material to customer. 10 to 12 days.

Very nice place to work, working culture and management are so good. During this pandemic situation we all are safe with health and job also. One can work confidently with this organisation.

Material delivery from factory always late.

Friendly and familiar work environment... like umbrella system...top label management well known by name there employees.. Support in business as well as moral also in there personal problems.

No promotion policy for his own employees...
