They are not at all sincere towards there employees.... regarding salaries and job security is vanished..... at all..... its totally insecure

Alstone company is leading company to taken different product like acp,silicone,wpc& glass industries . Company distributor policy is too good . Company's behaviour for employee is normal but some upper person create pressure for doing work in market.

Dislikes

Totally hold in distributor &doing work according distributor policy . As any person join alstone through distributor , after some time he wants to on roll in company but company's did not any support for on roll.
