There is nothing to be liking it.

I did work there for 5 year but, in pandemic time ( In 2020), they didn't provide my salary. Then, I had resigned from there. They didn't provide my Full and final and even not given my experience letter and releaving letter till time. When I call to hr, she never pick my call and not give the replied of my mails. Due to releaving letter and experience letter, I am not getting other job. My gratuity is also pending there. Now, the company name has been changed from Alstone Industries to Reynobond India.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
