Work culture very poor and very bad but hard working continusly results 16 CAR BODY production in pendamic situation , eregular shift change,some time night shift 9 days some time 3 days it's not possible

Carrer growth very slow, family doesn't carry properly in hand rs13500 salary,No HRA allowance no other allowance, managment doesn't address our issues, Actually I trading and finding any other Company and settled

...rity is good and also so many opportunities came after completing this company.. career itself , salary should be reasonable and allowance should be good , Traveling to industry also.. good by using high-class bus facility.. work environment also good planted in *sricity.. if u came from other districts I think it should be lightly difficult.. to manage if you are in nearer to Sri City plant it should be a settled life too..

...their education and can derail one's career. No job security. Hike is around 5%. Variable pay on an average is 60%. Too much internal politics and favoritism. Managers here have a good work life balance. They will log off at 5pm, are allowed to take maximum wfh but team members are asked to sit till late in office and come daily. Worst company ever.

In this role I had very good work life balance and got lot of learnings. I was never worried about getting lynched from company as Railways is a very stable business.

Dislikes

The salary's were never on par with industry. Tendency is to not to promote and there is no long term vision. And the promotions are never based on the skill/merit but based on who cries loud.

No new technologies or tools implemented same old process which was used 10 years ago and all manual work.Too much politics and stress from managers .work culture is not good and you have to answer phone calls even at Night if not will be targeted.
