Work life balance is good, there is slight deviation at times but otherwise is good. Good job security, you can expect to work in different areas of train development, this shift may or may not be based on your experience/skills.

...ive or other embedded based industry and looking for development from scratch. Remuneration is the biggest problem as the pay you get is exactly half of what you get for the same experience in other industries. You can find Alstom Vadodara a comfortable place if you are local to work place and the priority is to get a decent work life balance but could be really frustrating if you have left your home to learn and earn more.

Alstom policy which gives you great work life balance and good working culture. On time salaries with bonus! No any delayed payment.

Dislikes

Middle East management of Alstom specifically Saudi Arabia branch. Non discrimination is remains as a piece of paper. Discrimination will play a major role for getting promotions and salaries.

The Work Life balance is horrible. The Treatment some of them receive from their peers is very bad. at times its verbal abuse.4 The French guys who come as Expat to India act like they own the company and the Indian people in the office, they don't carry a humble body language, empathy and many things, this makes the environment very toxic.

... security,work culture, management always supporting,company policies are good Salary and bonus superb hike every year. With good environment team mate epu allways supporting employees.
